The booklet Keywords to Understand China: On Governance was unveiled on Wednesday at the thematic forum “Sharing Experience on Asian Governance,” part of the Conference on Dialogue of Asian Civilizations, in Beijing.

This booklet, available in 15 languages, gives a clear and precise outline of how China has developed, and the ideas and policies behind the country’s fast development. It is based on the second volume of Xi Jinping: Governance of China and the Report to the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, and includes 14 chapters and 121 keywords, with each keyword having an explanation of over 400 words, with a total of around 52,000 words.

Jointly published by China International Publishing Group, Academy of Contemporary China and World Studies, China Academy of Translation and New World Press, this booklet belongs to the series titled “Keywords to Understanding China” that covers China’s politics, economy, culture, diplomacy, society, ethnic groups and religions.
